About Me
Personal trainers should be treated like any other professional; where education and experience matters.
What sets me apart - degrees, experience, passion, and client results.
Born and raised in Sweden, and moved to the United States to join the Eastern Illinois University D1 soccer team. While at school, I earned my Bachelors and Masters degrees in Exercise Physiology, and became a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) and a Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) through the NSCA. From there I continued my fitness career in Miami, FL as a gym manager, personal trainer and group fitness instructor at Body & Soul, where I remain today.
With my years of experience in all fitness fields, I can help you reach your fitness goals - whatever they are.
