Power Up with These No-Bake Energy Balls!

Servings: 12-15 balls

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup rolled oats

  • 1/2 cup nut butter (peanut butter, almond butter, or cashew butter)

  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup

  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips (optional)

  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds or flax seeds

  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • A pinch of salt

Instructions:

  1. In a large bowl, mix together all ingredients until well combined.

  2. Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls using your hands.

  3. Place the energy balls on a baking sheet or plate and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up.

  4. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week.
