Oatmeal Chocolate Cookies

Chewy Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Delights!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup butter, softened

  • 1 cup brown sugar

  • 1/2 cup white sugar

  • 2 large eggs

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

  • 1 teaspoon baking soda

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

  • 3 cups rolled oats

  • 1 cup chocolate chips (dark chocolate)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

  2. Cream butter, brown sugar, and white sugar together. Add eggs and vanilla, mix well.

  3. In a separate bowl, combine flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add to wet ingredients.

  4. Stir in oats and chocolate chips.

  5. Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes, or until golden.

  6. Let cool before enjoying!
