Pineapple Homemade Lebanese Pizza
Where pineapple meets Lebanese flair – pizza like never before

Ingredients:
1 package of pepperoni (can also use salami or ham)
1 small can of tomato paste
3 cups cheese (mozzarella usually works the best)
Lebanese flatbread (Liba)
1 package of arugula
1 can of pineapple
Salt, pepper, oregano and Italian seasoning.
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400°F.
Spread the tomato paste on the liba breads.
Assemble the pizzas: Add the shredded cheese, pepperoni, pineapple, seasoning.
Bake in the oven for around 10 minutes
Add some fresh arugula on top and enjoy!
