Pineapple Homemade Lebanese Pizza

Where pineapple meets Lebanese flair – pizza like never before

Ingredients:

  • 1 package of pepperoni (can also use salami or ham)

  • 1 small can of tomato paste

  • 3 cups cheese (mozzarella usually works the best)

  • Lebanese flatbread (Liba)

  • 1 package of arugula

  • 1 can of pineapple

  • Salt, pepper, oregano and Italian seasoning.

    Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F.

  2. Spread the tomato paste on the liba breads.

  3. Assemble the pizzas: Add the shredded cheese, pepperoni, pineapple, seasoning.

  4. Bake in the oven for around 10 minutes

  5. Add some fresh arugula on top and enjoy!
