Tuna Steak with Green Beans
Trying to reduce your red meat intake? Switch out your regular steak with a tuna steak! You won’t be disappointed.

Ingredients:
2 tuna steaks (Wildfork)
1 bag of green beans
1 tablespoon olive oil
Salt, pepper, garlic powder and to taste
Soy sauce and wasabi sauce for garnishment
Psst: Make sure your wasabi sauce do NOT contain the color additive Blue-1.
Instructions:
Heat a non-stick or cast-iron skillet over medium-high heat. Add a little more olive oil if needed to prevent sticking.
Once the pan is hot, place the tuna steaks in the pan. Sear for about 1-2 minutes on each side for rare to medium-rare. Adjust the time based on your preferred level of doneness. (The steak should be slightly seared on the outside but still pink in the middle).
Bring a saucepan of water to boil. Cook the green beans for about 5 minutses
