Avocado Egg Sandwich

High quality breakfast sandwich, which can also be topped with ham, salami or salad.

Servings: 2

Ingredients:

  • 2 slices of bread

  • 1 ripe avocado

  • 2 slices of cheese

  • 2 eggs

  • Salt & pepper

  • 1/4 Lemon

Instructions:

  1. Toast the bread.

  2. Mash the avocado with salt, pepper, and a squeeze of lemon.

  3. Cook the eggs to your preference (fried, scrambled, or poached).

  4. Spread avocado on the toast slice, add the cheese, add the egg, and top with greens if desired.

  5. Place the second toast slice on top and serve. Enjoy!
