Burger with Roasted Potatoes
The world’s first hamburger was created in the late 1800s, but the exact origin is a bit of a mystery! Some say it was invented by Louis Lassen, who served it at his small lunch stand in Connecticut in 1900.

Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef
4 burger buns
1 large potato (for fries)
1 tomato, sliced
Lettuce
Ketchup
Burger dressing
Pickled onions
Instructions
Slice the potato into wedges, season with salt, and bake at 400°F (200°C) for 20-25 minutes until crispy.
Form ground beef into 4 patties, season with salt and pepper. Cook patties on a skillet or grill for about 4-5 minutes per side.
Toast the burger buns lightly in a pan.
Spread burger dressing on the bottom bun, add the patty, top with tomato, lettuce, and pickled onions.
Serve with crispy potato wedges and a side of ketchup.
