Caprese Salad

This Caprese salad is fantastic for a refreshing pre- or post workout-snack and super simple to do!

Difficulty: Easy

Servings: 4

Ingredients:

  • 1 pack of mozzarella

  • 2 large tomatoes

  • Handful of fresh basil leaves

  • 2-3 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions:

  1. Slice the tomatoes and mozzarella.

  2. Drizzle with olive oil, and season with salt and pepper.

    Simple and delicious!
