2 cups rolled oats

A pinch of salt

Instructions
In a large bowl, combine the rolled oats, cocoa powder, powdered sugar, and a pinch of salt.
Add the softened butter (or coconut oil), vanilla extract, and coffee (if using) to the dry ingredients. Stir everything together until the mixture is smooth and well-combined. The consistency should be thick and dough-like.
Take small portions of the mixture and roll them into bite-sized balls using your hands.
Roll the chocolate balls in desiccated coconut or sprinkles to coat them evenly.
Place the choklad bollar on a tray and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
