Homemade Pizza
My “tired after work and do not want to cook” pizza recipe!

Difficulty: Easy
Servings: 2
Ingredients:
1 package of pepperoni (can also use salami or ham)
1 small can of tomato paste
3 cups cheese (mozzarella usually works the best)
2 tortillas (I always use Extreme Wellness)
1 package of arugula
Salt, pepper, oregano and Italian seasoning.
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400°F.
Spread the tomato paste on the tortilla breads.
Assemble the pizzas: Add the shredded cheese, pepperoni, seasoning.
Bake in the oven for around 10 minutes
Add some fresh arugula on top and enjoy!
