  • 5 spoons of nutritional yeast flakes (Bragg’s)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, pour the popcorn.

  2. Sprinkle the nutritional yeast flakes.

Sadly, most popcorn contain seed oils, because it is more profitable for companies to sell.
