Glazed Salmon with Asparagus

Ingredients:

  • 2 salmon fillets

  • 1 bunch of asparagus, trimmed

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar

  • Salt, minced garlic and pepper, to taste

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

  2. Place asparagus and salmon on a baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Toss to coat evenly. Roast in the oven for 10-12 minutes, until tender and slightly crispy.

  3. Plate the roasted asparagus and top with the balsamic-glazed salmon. Garnish with fresh lemon wedges for added brightness.
