Jalapeño Stuffed Burgers
Jalapeños are one of the most commonly consumed peppers in the world, and they pack a punch with their heat due to capsaicin!

Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef
4 large jalapeños, seeds removed and chopped
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 Cream cheese
Salt and pepper, to taste
4 Burger buns
Roasted Dried Onions
4 large potatoes
Ketchup
Instructions:
Mix chopped jalapeños with shredded cheddar cheese and cream cheese in a bowl.
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Cut the potatoes and cook for 25 minutes.
Divide the ground beef into 8 equal portions. Flatten 4 portions into thin patties.
Place a spoonful of the jalapeño-cheese mixture on top of each patty. Cover with another patty and pinch the edges to seal.
Grill or pan-fry the stuffed patties for 4-5 minutes per side, until cooked to your desired doneness.
Toast the burger buns on the grill or in a pan for 1-2 minutes.
Place the cooked stuffed burger on the bun and serve with preferred condiments.
