Taco Tuesday Bowl

Packed with vibrant veggies, zesty flavors, and juicy ground beef, this taco bowl is your new go-to weeknight dinner!

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb ground beef

  • 1 large tomato, diced

  • 1 cucumber, diced

  • 1/2 cup shredded red cabbage

  • 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped

  • 1/2 cup salsa

  • 1/2 cup sour cream

  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese

  • Pickled onions (optional)

  • Tortilla chips (Siete)

Instructions:

  1. Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat. Drain any excess fat and season with salt and pepper.

  2. While the beef cooks, dice the tomato and cucumber, shred the cabbage, and chop the cilantro.

  3. In bowls, layer the cooked beef, followed by tomato, cucumber, cabbage, cheese, and a dollop of sour cream.

  4. Drizzle salsa on top and add pickled onions if desired.
