Beet Salad with Walnuts and Goat Cheese

Ingredients:
1 package of baby spinage
1 package of arugula
4 large beets (I always use pre-cooked ones for convenience)
1 handful of walnuts
2-4 tablespoons of olive oil
200 g goat cheese (You can also use feta cheese for this recipe).
Instructions:
Place the baby spinage and arugula in a bowl.
Cut the beets and goat cheese. Add into the salad.
Sprinkle on the walnuts and season with salt, pepper and drizzled olive oil.
Serve and enjoy!
